Designed for a rural event management company, the clients brief for Far Out Functions was to project the business as fun and funky, but professional and serious too. The logo design includes the silhouette of a young ‘20-something' female dancing barefoot and freely. The silhouette is married with a bold and modern 'eroded' style font to suggest the Australian outback element of the business.

The colours chosen imply the same rationale as the Aboriginal flag; with vibrant warm tones of orange representing a setting sun which bleeds into the rich dark browns of the earth below, overall, reinforcing the companies outback theme.
